What the statuses mean

  1. Processing. We have your order and are picking it. Orders are typically shipped within a day.
  2. Shipped. It has left the store. Your confirmation email carries the tracking number.
  3. In transit. Track progress through Canada Post or our chosen carrier using that number.
  4. Complete. Delivered. The 30-day return window runs from the date you received it.
