Can I transfer a prescription to your pharmacy counter?
Yes — transfers are arranged in person at our pharmacy counter in Kitchener. Bring your prescription details to 421 Greenbrook Drive and our pharmacist will contact your previous pharmacy and complete the transfer for you, or call +1 519-742-9955 ahead of your visit. We do not accept, fill, or ship prescriptions online.
Do you offer compounding?
Yes. Our licensed compounding pharmacy prepares custom formulations on site at 421 Greenbrook Drive, including specialty preparations, flavouring for children, and allergy-friendly options. Compounded preparations are discussed with our pharmacist and dispensed in person at the pharmacy counter — they are not ordered or shipped online.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans and can submit claims directly to your provider. Please bring your insurance information when you visit.
How do prescription refills work?
Requested in person at our pharmacy counter, or by phone at least 48 hours ahead. Refills are not accepted or shipped online.
