Do you offer delivery services?
Yes! We offer local delivery to the Kitchener-Waterloo region and Canada-wide shipping for online orders. Visit our Local Delivery and Shipping Policy pages for more details. Delivery and shipping apply to our health food products — vitamins, supplements and groceries. Pharmacy items are not sold, delivered, or shipped online.
