Yes. We offer local delivery to the Kitchener-Waterloo region and Canada-wide shipping for online orders. Delivery and shipping apply to our health food products — vitamins, supplements and groceries. Pharmacy items are not sold, delivered, or shipped online.

Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders $59.99+. Free shipping applies to standard delivery in regularly serviced areas and excludes the Northern Territories (NT, NU, YT) and remote or extended delivery areas.

Orders are typically shipped within a day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.

No. Refrigerated and frozen items are not eligible for Canada-wide shipping. They are shown only with the fulfillment options available for the order at checkout.

We accept returns of most products in original condition (unopened, unused) within 30 days from the date you received your item. Contact Customer Care to approve the return before sending anything back.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also see every order and its status in your account under Order history.

We are unable to add products or edit order details after an order has been placed. Contact our Customer Care team immediately and they will help however they can.
