Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for customers in specific geographic areas. Availability is determined based on the address information you provide when registering or when booking a delivery time slot.

Delivery days and times will be specified when you place your order. We strive to deliver within the time slots provided, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to adverse weather, road conditions, or other events outside of our reasonable control.

It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available to receive temperature-sensitive items at the delivery address at the specified time. Greenbrook Natural Foods is not liable for any damages arising from temperature changes in temperature-sensitive items once delivered.

If you instruct us to make an unattended delivery and we agree to do so, we expressly disclaim all liability which may arise from the delivery having been made on an unattended basis, including but not limited to theft, tampering, contamination, and temperature change.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, or if the person available is not appropriate (e.g., underage or without proper identification for restricted products), the goods will be retained by us. We will attempt to contact you for the re-delivery of the products and a fee may be applied, failing to communicate will result in the cancellation of the delivery and your order.

Shipping and handling charges vary. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
