Shipping Policy

Spend $59.99 or more on the products in your cart and the most economical shipping option is free almost everywhere in Canada. On the rare order whose real carrier cost runs past both the part of your items' margin we can put toward shipping and the amount we absorb on top of it, the difference shows as a Standard Shipping line — always before you pay. When a faster service exists, one Expedited option is also offered at the carrier's rate plus a small handling markup; the shipping credit applies to the economical option only.

The threshold is measured on your merchandise subtotal before discounts, coupon codes, reward points, taxes and shipping. Gift cards and pharmacy items are not sold online and never count.

Orders under $59.99 ship for a flat $9.99 on the most economical option. When a faster service exists, you can still choose the Expedited option at the carrier's rate plus a small handling markup.

Some destinations and some heavy or bulky parcels cost far more to ship than a typical order. When the real carrier cost of your parcel is more than we can absorb, the difference is shown at checkout — before you pay, never after. It is labelled Rural/Overweight delivery, and it applies only where it is true: a rural address (a postal code whose second character is 0), a parcel of 20 lb or more, one of the territories — or, when we have set a ceiling on the carrier quote, any parcel whose cheapest quote is above it. You always see the full shipping charge before placing the order.

Which addresses and parcels this applies to

• Rural addresses. Canada Post and the other carriers price rural delivery higher. A rural address is one whose postal code has a 0 as its second character (for example N0B 2E0).
• Remote and extended-area destinations. Carriers add a delivery-area surcharge for communities outside their regular routes; it is passed through at cost.
• Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut ship at the carrier's real rate. The flat rate and the free tier do not apply there; a free-shipping coupon is still honoured.
• Heavy or bulky parcels — over the carrier's standard weight or size limits, or needing more than one box — are priced at their real cost, the same way.

Rural, remote and delivery-standard definitions follow Canada Post's published Delivery Standards; other carriers apply comparable zone tables.

Parcels travel with Canada Post, Purolator, GLS, UPS and other carriers through our shipping partner. Checkout shows the options available for your address, with an estimated transit time for each — most parcels arrive in 3–9 business days after shipping, depending on the destination.

Transit times are the carrier's estimates, not a guarantee. Weather, carrier backlogs and events outside our reasonable control can delay a parcel; shipping charges are not refunded for a late delivery.

Orders are typically packed and shipped within one business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays or sales events.

• Please check your shipping address before you pay. Carrier fees for an address correction, a redelivery or a return to sender caused by an incorrect or incomplete address are charged at cost.
• A parcel that is refused or left unclaimed and returned to us is refunded for the products once it arrives back, less the shipping charges incurred.
• Delivery is complete when the carrier records the parcel as delivered to the address you gave; a parcel left at the door on the carrier's instructions counts as delivered.
• If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the contents so we can open a carrier claim and put it right.
• Post-office boxes are served by Canada Post only; other carriers are not offered for a PO box address.

Items that need a cold chain cannot travel Canada-wide. They are available for in-store pickup and local delivery in Kitchener-Waterloo only; checkout tells you if your cart contains one.

• Some products cannot be shipped to certain provinces due to regulatory restrictions
• Aerosols, some batteries and other dangerous goods may be limited to ground service or excluded from shipping
• We currently ship within Canada only

Delivery and Canada-wide shipping apply to our health food products — vitamins, supplements and groceries. Pharmacy items are not sold, delivered, or shipped online.

Pickup at 421 Greenbrook Dr, Kitchener is always free. Local delivery options for Kitchener-Waterloo are shown at checkout with their own prices; a free-shipping order can use them at the same shipping credit.
