If We Do Not Have It, We Can Order It

This is the part worth knowing about. A shelf can only hold so much, and the thing you need is often the thing nobody stocks. Come and ask — if it is something we can get, we will order it in for you.

It saves the afternoon that otherwise goes on ringing round three places to find out who has one. Bring the details if you have them: a product name, a model, a size, or a note from whoever told you to get it. A photo of the old one works just as well.

Ask about cost and timing when you order, so you know what you are committing to.

Not Sure What You Need?

Ask the pharmacist on duty — usually Nick. If you have been told to pick something up and are not certain what was meant, bring the note or the packaging and he will help you work out what you are actually looking for.

Where the answer depends on something clinical, that is a question for whoever is treating you, and he will say so rather than guess.

No appointment. Walk in during pharmacy hours, or call (519) 742-9955 first if you want to check whether something is on the shelf before making the trip.

Free parking in front of the store and in the plaza lot, accessible parking directly in front of the entrance, and the store is wheelchair accessible with automatic doors and wide aisles — which matters more than usual if you are collecting a walker or crutches.
