Usage
You will need: 4 large eggs, room temperature. 6 Tbsp (85g) unsalted butter, melted. 1 bag of mix. Directions Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8"x4" (20x10cm) loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and butter. Add mix and combine until smooth. Spread batter evenly into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown, centre is firm and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in loaf pan before slicing. For muffins: Grease or line a muffin pan; divide batter evenly between 10-12 cups. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown, centre is firm and toothpick inserted comes out clean.
