Usage
Suggested Use This vegan baking powder is perfect for quick bread, biscuits, scones, waffles, pancakes, cakes and cookies. Use this chemical leavener for all your non-yeast baking. It makes consistently excellent baked goods every time. Bob's Old Fashioned Biscuits 2 cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour 1 Tbsp Bob's Red Mill Baking Powder 1 Tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Salt 6 Tbsp Butter 1 cup Milk Preheat oven to 425°F. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in bumper wich a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Slowly add milk and stir until the dough just comes together. The dough will be wet and sticky. Tum dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead 15 times. Gently roll or par dough to 1 inch thick. Cut biscuits with a biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 6 big biscuits.
