Usage
Recommended Use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints, such as catarrhs, coughs, and bronchitis. Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve inflammatory conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, such as gastritis in adults.
Dosage Adults & Adolescents (14 & over): 1-3 mL (30-90 drops). Adolescents (10-14 years): 0.5-1.5 mL (15-45 drops). Children (5-9 years): 0.25-0.75 ml (8-22 drops). Children (4 years): 0.17-0.5 mL (5-15 drops). All doses should be taken 3 times daily in a little water after meals.
