Recommended use
Suggested Usage Carob isn’t as rich as chocolate but it’s actually sweeter. When cooking with carob, substitute 1.5 to 2 parts carob powder for every 1 part cocoa powder called for in a recipe. Due to carob powder’s sweetness you may need to decrease the amount of sugar used. Dairy-Free Hot Carob 2 cups water ¼ cup NOW Real Food Organic Coconut Milk Powder 1 ½ tbsp. NOW Real Food Carob Powder 1 tbsp. NOW Real Food Organic Monk Fruit 1:1 Sugar Replacement ½ tsp. vanilla extract Directions - Place all ingredients in small pot on medium heat. - Whisk together until ingredients are combined. - Allow for mixture to reach boil. - Serve warm and enjoy!
