Usage
Directions Recommended Dose(s) A measuring cup is provided. Shake bottle gently before use. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other Health Products or natural health products. Adults and Adolescents 14 and over Take 1 serving (20 mL) once daily. Adolescents and children (4-13 years) Take ½ serving (10 mL) once daily. This product contains no alcohol, artificial preservatives, colours or flavours. Do not contaminate the product by drinking directly from the bottle.
