Usage
Directions Cup4Cup Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Yields: About 4 Dozen Cookies 3½ cups Cup4Cup Multipurpose Flour Blend ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 cup butter, softened ¼ cup granulated sugar 2 cups dark brown sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsps vanilla extract 2½ cups chocolate chips Instructions: Prep Preheat oven to 350°F Mix Cream together butter and both sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add Cup4Cup Flour Blend, baking soda and salt, and mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookle sheet.
