Usage
Recommended Use: Source of antioxidants. Helps promote well being (by decreasing fatigue) and support the body during periods of physical and mental stress.
Adults: Take 10 ml (2 teaspoons), 3 times daily before meals. Children (14-18 years): Give 2 tsp (10 ml), 2 times daily before meals. Children (9-13 years): Give 1 tsp (5 ml), 3 times daily before meals. Children (4-8 years): Give 1 tsp (5 ml), 2 times daily before meals.
