Most products here are licensed natural health products, so look for the NPN (Natural Product Number) on the label — it tells you Health Canada has reviewed the product for its permitted uses. Beyond that, choosing often comes down to form: capsules and tablets for convenience, liquids and powders for flexible servings, lozenges and sachets for anyone who dislikes swallowing pills. We even stock empty vegetarian and gelatin capsules for shoppers who fill their own.
