Greenbrook Pharmacy — Customer Appreciation Giveaway: Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Greenbrook Pharmacy & Health Foods (the “Sponsor”), Ontario, Canada.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on July 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time, America/Toronto) (the “Contest Period”). Entries must be received within the Contest Period.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members and persons with whom they are domiciled, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free. During the Contest Period, enter by either: (a) visiting greenrx.ca/contests/appreciation-giveaway-2026; or (b) scanning the in-store QR code and completing the entry form. Complete the required fields and submit. Limit: one (1) base entry per person.

Bonus entries (free and optional): after entering, you may earn additional entries by visiting the Sponsor’s Instagram and Facebook pages and by referring friends who enter, each subject to a per-person cap shown on the entry page.

5. Prizes

• Two (2) Ninja Swirl CREAMi Ice Cream Makers — one (1) awarded to an in-store entrant and one (1) to an online entrant — approximate retail value (ARV) CA$450 each.
• Two (2) Ninja SLUSHi Professional Frozen Drink Makers — one (1) in-store and one (1) online — ARV CA$450 each.
• One (1) Nama J2 Cold Press Juicer (Grand Prize) — ARV CA$755.
• Six (6) Gift Cards — three (3) awarded to in-store entrants and three (3) to online entrants — ARV CA$50 each.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: CA$2,855. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

7. Random Draw & Skill-Testing Question

Winners will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries on or about July 4, 2026. Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question.

8. Winner Notification

Selected entrants will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided at entry. A selected entrant who cannot be reached within five (5) business days, who declines the prize, or who fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, forfeits the prize, and an alternate entrant may be selected.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, a winner consents to the use of their first name and city of residence in connection with announcing the Contest results, without further notice or compensation.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected is used to administer the Contest in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation (PIPEDA). Email and SMS marketing consent are optional and are not required to enter or to win.

11. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Contest should fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Contest. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunction.

12. No Affiliation with Meta

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook.

13. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
