FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $85*
For orders over $85, discounted flat-rate express options are also available:
- Standard Shipping: FREE
- Express Shipping: $10.00
- Priority Shipping: $15.00
For orders under $85, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight. *Free shipping excludes shipments to Northern Territories (NT, NU, YT).
⏱️ Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within a day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Note: Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress through Canada Post or our chosen carrier.

- Some products cannot be shipped to certain provinces due to regulatory restrictions
- Refrigerated and frozen items are not eligible for Canada-wide shipping
